Weekly to do list inspired by the Ivy Lee-method. This method is very helpful to deal with procrastination and lack of motivation. The idea is to only select a maximum of six tasks each day, but those six must be finished. Thus, you firstly become more selective and mindful with how much you can actually handle, and secondly will create way more helpful urgency, because you know it is only these six tasks and you don't really have an excuse why you got nothing done that day but had time to shop online.
⯋ I personally test all my templates, because they help me as well. I have ADHD and it makes it hard to track time and not get distracted. The Ivy Lee method is one of my favorites. I don't practice it all the time, but whenever I need a boost, I get out one of these worksheets and just start.
⯋ Set the six tasks the day before the day you actually want to get them done! That's very important, because you don't want to get into a stalling mood when writing them down in the morning. This is how the method works best.
