However, I own all the templates, I create, edit and size them myself, so no problem to edit them if there is a problem.

That depends on your phone. PDF is a pretty universal format, same goes for SVG. I have not included any macros or fields, so there should be no compatibility issues with the common systems like Android, Windows and Apple.

You should print at high resolution = 1200 dpi. More is not needed, becuase the PDF version 1.5 files are not saved at a higher resolution anyway (and it's not needed for printing). However, you want fine lines to look good, so choose a high-res option.
